Public offer agreement

1. General provisions

1.1. This Agreement is a public offer by Фізична особа-підприємець Олексюк Ольга Володимирівна (the "Provider") to enter into a contract for the COScafe service on the terms set out below.

1.2. The service is provided online at coscafe.com.ua.

1.3. The offer is addressed to an unlimited group of people and is deemed accepted by the User once they pay for a subscription or begin using the free features of the service.

1.4. Accepting the offer means full and unconditional agreement with all terms of this Agreement, as well as with the Privacy policy and the Refund policy.

2. Definitions

Provider — Фізична особа-підприємець Олексюк Ольга Володимирівна, tax ID: 3286500168, country of registration: Ukraine. Full details are on the Contact information page.

User — any legally capable individual or legal entity that has accepted the terms of this offer.

Service — the software product (SaaS) "COScafe", available through the website, which uses artificial-intelligence technology to analyse the User's resume and produce a new resume in .docx format from the answers they provide.

Subscription — the User's right to use the paid features of the service during the period paid for.

3. Subject of the agreement

3.1. The Provider gives the User access to the service, and the User undertakes to pay for that access on the terms of the plan they choose.

3.2. The service provides:

• Free, no card required: analysis of an uploaded resume and personal recommendations on what to improve in it.
• With a subscription: unlimited resume generation for specific roles, ATS optimisation, saved answer sets and generation history.

3.3. The service is digital: no physical goods are supplied and no delivery takes place. The result is a .docx file, downloadable in your account immediately after generation.

3.4. The service relies on third-party artificial-intelligence technology. The Provider does not guarantee employment or any particular outcome from an employer reviewing the resume: the service is a tool for preparing a document.

4. Price and payment

4.1. Current plans are published on the Pricing page and, as of this revision, are:

• Free — €0. Resume assessment and recommendations.
• Week — €7 for 7 days of access.
• Month — €25 for 30 days of access.

4.2. Payment is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) through the WayForPay payment service. The Provider neither stores nor processes card data — that is handled by the payment system.

4.3. Prices are stated in euros (EUR). The charge may be taken in hryvnia at the issuing bank's rate on the transaction date.

4.4. The subscription renews automatically (recurring). When the paid period ends, the same plan is charged automatically until the User cancels.

4.5. The User may cancel auto-renewal at any time in their account — the "Cancel subscription" button. Access remains until the end of the period already paid for.

4.6. The service is considered properly delivered if the User had access to its features throughout the paid period.

5. How and when the service is delivered

5.1. Access to paid features opens immediately after the payment is confirmed by the payment system (usually within a few minutes).

5.2. The service period equals the chosen plan: 7 or 30 days from activation.

5.3. The service runs around the clock, except during scheduled maintenance and circumstances outside the Provider's control.

5.4. The resume uploaded by the User and the free assessment result are kept in their account for as long as the account exists, so the User can return to the result at any time. They can be deleted sooner on request (see the Privacy policy).

6. Cancellation and refunds

6.1. Cancellation and refund conditions are set out in a separate document — the Refund policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

7. Rights and obligations

7.1. The User undertakes to provide accurate information about themselves and not to use the service to create resumes containing false information about third parties.

7.2. The User is responsible for the content of the data they provide and for keeping their account access secure.

7.3. The Provider may change the features and pricing of the service by publishing the changes on this site. A price change does not apply to a period already paid for.

7.4. The Provider may suspend the User's access if the terms of this Agreement are breached.

8. Liability

8.1. The service is provided "as is". The Provider is not responsible for decisions made about the User by employers, recruiters or other third parties.

8.2. The Provider is not responsible for an inability to use the service for reasons outside its control (problems on the User's side, internet provider outages, actions of third-party services).

8.3. The Provider's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the most recent paid period.

9. Intellectual property

9.1. All rights to the service, its source code and design belong to the Provider.

9.2. A resume generated by the service from the User's data belongs to the User, who may use it without restriction.

10. Final provisions

10.1. The Agreement is effective from acceptance until both parties have performed their obligations.

10.2. The Provider may change the terms of the offer. A new revision takes effect once published on this page.

10.3. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing that, under the laws of Ukraine.
